Products: If you are unhappy with any products you purchased from us, we will be happy to offer full exchanges, refunds, or credits for the merchandise. We must receive the merchandise before we can issue any refunds or credits. Many products have lifetime warranties, so please review the warranty if you purchased the merchandise over 90 days ago.

How to exchange/return Products:
Option 1: Hold on to your merchandise until our next visit. We will trade it out for you when we come back to your company. We schedule visits to your company every 4-6 months.
Only exchanges can be issued on-site. For a refund, give your items, receipt, and mailing information to the rep and your refund will be processed through the office.
Option 2: You can mail or drop off the merchandise to our office. We are located on the border of Garland and Mesquite. If you mail your merchandise, please add instructions along with your legible return mailing address so we know if we should exchange your items or issue a refund. We ask that you let us know when you are stopping by, as we are a small company and we may be out getting more awesome deals. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
Option 3: Visit us at an open event in your area. Property Management Companies and hospitals are the only open events.
Refund Checks: Refund checks are issued once a week. Once your merchandise is received, we will process your refund and get your check mailed out to you.
